Who does the design work?
Your technical lead plans the journeys and layouts. When the project needs it, a trusted UX and design partner from our network creates the interface. We coordinate their work, so you have one point of contact throughout.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. Most projects start from an existing brand, and we design within it. If the brand needs extending for digital, such as colours, type or icons that work on screen, we do that as part of the project.
Can you build from another agency’s designs?
Yes. We regularly build from designs supplied by a client’s agency or in-house team, and we can work with them to fill any gaps.
